GUARANTEE

We guarantee quality workmanship in all our merchandise.

SHIPPING

Shipping is by FEDEX and requires a full street address (cannot deliver to a PO, APO, etc.). We currently do not ship outside of United States. UPON PURCHASE

A Simply Elegant Accents representative will be in contact with the purchaser within 48 hours to confirm the authenticity of the order. Upon shipment, the purchaser will be notified of the tracking information and the purchase will be processed on the given charge card.

UPON DELIVERY

Open your delivery and check it thoroughly upon arrival before removing any tags or packaging to be sure it was filled as placed. If there is a problem, have the purchaser contact us by email/phone within three (3) days. Wearing, altering, damaging, removal of tags or destruction of packaging constitutes acceptance of the order as delivered. We are not responsible if you order the style. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged during shipment or upon receipt.

RETURN POLICIES

If the purchaser is interested in returning items, he/she are responsible for having the items shipping back within 3 days of your original delivery and cover the cost of that delivery. We are not responsible for return shipments. All headpieces sent for return must be unused and in the original cellophone wrapping. RESTOCKING FEE

A Restocking Fee of $5 will be charged for each item refunded.
